Things schools ask us.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, data migration from your Excel registers, and basic training are all included. You pay only per student per term.
What counts as a "student"?
Anyone enrolled in your school during that term. If a child leaves mid-term, they still count for that term and are not billed for the next.
Can we pay annually for a discount?
Yes. Annual upfront pricing comes with a 10% discount and a guaranteed price for two years.
What if a student leaves mid-year?
You stop being billed for them from the next term. No refunds for the current term, but you can re-enroll them later at no cost.
Do you accept bank transfer?
Yes. Paystack, Flutterwave, direct bank transfer, and (for annual contracts) post-dated cheques are all accepted.
Is my school data safe?
Yes. We are NDPA-compliant, end-to-end encrypted, and host all data within Nigeria. You can export everything at any time.
Can parents access it for free?
Yes. The parent portal and mobile app are always free for parents — no separate charges or premium tier.
